This Hotel represents good value for money. As we were on a business trip we did not spend much time at the Hotel to pass a factual and realistic comment. The staff spoke good English, the room was clean and we think after current renovations this will possible be a very good hotel if the current rate stay the same.

the thin walls u could hear the people next door really loud and the lady behind the breakfast bar was mean and moody and was complaining all the time if u got up to get more bread and croissants .

The room has a roof terrace which was very pleasant, and the lobby was nicely decorated

Redecoration needs to be completed on the upper floors. The lift was very slow.

Just a location, breakfast is enough for tourists. No anything else notable.

Breakfast was very poor. It was not possible to heat up the room. Moreover they closed down the heating system after midnight. The hotel manager was not very friendly, and did not care about the problems of their guests, contrary to the workers in the hotel. There is no shelf in the bathroom and we had to lay our toothbrush and personal care products on the sink. There is no fridge nor even a bottle of water in the room. Internet was expensive

This is our third visit to the hotel and were very impressed with the new decor tho we also liked the older look. Hotel Serena is a family run buisiness and its clear to see that the attitudes for customer service is paramount.Our room was clean and very comfortable and after a days slog around Milano it was pure paradise to fall into a comfy bed.

sorry no complaints too busy enjoying the city. Oh yes just remembered that tourist tax is a bit strong......not blaming the hotel but tourists are now being squeezed for a few dollers more.

Everything. All receptionists were VERY friendly, efficient and helpful. Especially the general manager who spoke perfect french and english was very amazing and unique! when I needed umbrella because it was raining, they always gave us a very beautiful umbrella.

Nice design, friendly staff, good price and a short walk from central station.

I stayed here a couple of times years ago before the face lift. It was passable then but now is most attractive. They have done a very good job which goes beyond the "entrance facade".

They charge for wi fi. This is bad news for business travelers.

The Hotel Serena has a fabulous and attractive reception entrance with very attentive and helpful staff. The rooms were warm and comfortable although a little small but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Car parking is really problem. Is too expensive parking of the hotel, but we found nearest one, and we had attention of weekly market.

The pay of city taks.3 Euro for person for night is too much.but is not the fault of the hotel although the hotel should have shown this fee in the price.

Location of the hotel is great, just 8-10min walk from (Grand) Central Station which has perfect train and bus connection to mxp airport. The room was rather smaller, bathroom too. Itailian classic I think.

Noises from other rooms, wall socket not classical euro type, such soft mattresses that makes your back hurt all day. We were there in the middle of the November and the only thing you can use as a blanket was summer sheeting and a wrap in spite of the outside temperature (10- 13degrees).

Almost everything was good. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, everyday clean towels, very good location for this money. Sometimes I would like to come back here.

During the first night there was really too cold in the room and we cant turn on heating in the room. There was good breakfast, but a little bit poor, without any vegetables and fruits.
